Aprender Yoga debería ser accesible para todos, por eso mis clases no tiene un precio establecido, en su lugar, puedes contribuir con el importe que consideres oportuno. 🙏

Las clases están disponibles en diferentes horarios y ubicaciones, consulta mi web para ver el calendario de clases disponibles.

IMPORTANTE: A veces, por imprevistos o el clima, la clase puede cambiar de ubicación, no es habitual pero puede suceder, por favor únete al canal de WhatsApp que encontrarás en mi web para poder avisarte inmediatamente si hay algún cambio.

-Definición de la Intención de la clase y fragmento de filosofía Yogui.

-Pranayama.

-Asanas.

-Canto del mantra de la semana.

-Meditación con mudras.

-¡Picnic entre amigos! *Opcional*

Para asistir al picnic solo debes traer algún snack para compartir, lo haremos justo después de terminar la clase para los que se quieran quedar y compartir un bonito momento entre yoguis 💙
